Located in Secaucus, New Jersey within Hudson County, we offer one-on-one sessions to help you become more independent in activities that are meaningful to you.

Upon entrance into our facility, you will be evaluated by one of our occupational therapists, who will then design a treatment program that is tailored to your individual goals. To optimize patient safety and independence, our interventions tend to focus primarily on ADL retraining, which covers bathing, dressing, feeding, and other self-care activities. For patients who may have limitations in movement, we also target areas of functional mobility such as transferring to and from bed. In many cases, our occupational therapists also work with patients on instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as managing medications, performing housekeeping activities, and shopping. We prioritize our patients’ interests and values in all treatment sessions and provide patient and caregiver education throughout the entire continuum of care.
